Time Out Group PLC (LON:TMO) said its Time Out Market Dubai opened to the public today, marking the group’s seventh food and cultural market to open worldwide.
The market, in Downtown Dubai’s Souk Al Baharat, is set to be the biggest culinary and cultural destination to launch in the United Arab Emirates.
It will offer homegrown food made by 17 award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, three unique bars and cultural and entertainment spaces within a 43,000 sq ft location.
The global magazine and hospitality company plans to open additional markets in Porto next year, Abu Dhabi (2023) and Prague (2025) subject to any further COVID-19 delays.
It also expects its markets in Boston, New York, Chicago, Montreal and Lisbon will reopen over the course of the second quarter in line with local guidelines, joining Miami which is currently open.
